Hungarian hot wax pepper powder

This is about as basic as it gets but the results are a pepper powder that almost smells as though you were sniffing a bag of barbeque chips. Heat is nice but not too intense.

Start by slicing peppers in half length-wise and removing stems and seeds. Arrange loosely on racks and dehydrate till dry and crispy. Grind to powder in food processor.

This powder is awesome as is but can be used as a base for chili powder.

  3. Its such as you read my mind! You seem to grasp a lot about this, such as you wrote the e book in it or something. I believe that you could do with a few p.c. to pressure the message house a bit, but instead of that, this is magnificent blog. A great read. I’ll definitely be back.
